Mr. Hardik Patel is the Founder and Promoter of Finquest Group of Companies. He launched Finquest upon returning to India from the USA in 2005, with the objective of developing a world-class financial services platform that would raise the bar in India for high-quality capital market transactions, financial advisory services and institutional lending.

At Finquest Securities Private Limited, the Group’s brokerage business, Hardik is actively involved in originating and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, both domestic and international, corporates, high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

Along with his father, he has been instrumental in establishing the NBFC business, Finquest Financial Solutions Private Limited, where they have grown the asset size to more than ₹1,000 crore.

Apart from corporate lending, Finquest specialises in acquiring stressed assets. The Group has successfully acquired manufacturing assets of marquee brands such as Reid & Taylor, Digjam and Premier Tissues.

Over the last ten years, Mr. Patel has actively managed his proprietary investments and successfully generated significant capital appreciation. He is well regarded for identifying undervalued small-cap and mid-cap stocks that have delivered exponential returns.

Hardik holds an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business, Florida, USA.
